2024 Report
Our team remains committed to delivering responsive, person-centred care by adapting to emerging drug and alcohol trends and maintaining strong connections within the community. Through ongoing engagement with stakeholders and community members, we have gathered meaningful feedback on the effectiveness of our service provision and identified areas for improvement. These insights have highlighted a growing demand for our support, and we are actively working to incorporate recommendations that enhance service accessibility and quality.

Referrals are managed by our dedicated referrals team and are allocated to the appropriate Team Leader—Dublin or Dublin 7—based on the specific needs of the service user. We prioritise accessibility by considering travel times and associated costs, ensuring that individuals can attend services with as few barriers as possible. Referrals are accepted from self-referring individuals, concerned family members or friends, healthcare professionals, and service providers across both the voluntary and statutory sectors. Once assigned to a Case Manager, assessments are typically scheduled within one to two weeks.
This report outlines the continued development of our services and reflects our commitment to listening, learning, and responding effectively to the needs of the community we serve.
